摘 要:信息化时代对人才培养要求引发了信息化技术和高职大学英语课程的整合,在信息化推进的过程中,高职大学英语取得了一定的成绩也遇到了瓶颈。教师作为教学实践中信息技术的使用者,怎样娴熟、理性地运用不同的技术是信息化推进的关键,决定着课堂生态系统的平衡构成。本文从英语教师计算机的自我效能这一微观角度来看待教师内在的心理机制和认知过程,并给出相关的策略来提高教师的计算机自我效能,以期对高职院校大学英语教师未来专业的发展,技术的培训等教师培训项目上有一定的借鉴意义,为当前高职大学英语教学的改革尽一份力量。In the information age,the requirements for talent training have led to the integration of information technology and college English course in higher vocational colleges.In the process of informationization,college English has both achieved certain results and encountered bottlenecks in higher vocational colleges.As a user of information technology in teaching practice,how a teacher use different technologies skillfully and rationally is the key to informationization and determines the balance of classroom ecosystem.This paper examines the internal psychological mechanism and cognitive process of teachers from the perspective of the computer self-efficacy of English teachers,and gives relevant strategies to improve teachers'computer self-efficacy,in order to improve the professional development of college English teachers in higher vocational colleges,and promote the development of teacher training programs such as technical training,thus making a contribution to the current college English teaching reform in higher vocational colleges.
