推进工匠精神融入高职化工教学的途径研究

摘　　要：化工企业需要具有高素质的核心竞争力的人才,需要工匠,需要工匠精神,工匠精神融入高职化工教育需要校企合作双主体共同培育学生,需要工匠进"课堂",对专业建设进行指导,全面参与贯穿在整个人才培养过程,建设"学校课程+企业课程"的校企双元课程体系。通过企业文化进校园活动传承工匠精神、具有化工特色的现代师徒制培养模式诠释工匠精神、技能竞赛弘扬工匠精神,使精益求精、追求完美的"匠心理念"融入高职教育教学。Chemical enterprises need high-quality talents with core competitiveness,and they need craftsmen and craftsman spirit.The integration of craftsman spirit into higher vocational chemical engineering education needs college-enterprise cooperation to cultivate students.Craftsmen need to enter the"classroom"to guide professional construction,fully participate in the whole process of talent training,so as to establish a college-enterprise dual curriculum system based on the combination of college courses and enterprise courses.We should inherit craftsman spirit through the introduction of enterprise culture to campus activities,practice craftsman spirit through the modern apprenticeship system with the characteristics of chemical engineering,and carry forward craftsman spirit through skills competitions,so that the craftsmen's mentality of excellence and perfection can be integrated into higher vocational education and teaching.
