摘 要:近几年,随着共享单车的快速发展,虽然方便了广大市民绿色出行,有效解决了最后一公里出行问题,但同时也带来了占道乱停放、过度投放造成堆积和回收难等社会环境问题。因此,文章针对我国共享单车的发展概况以及特点,尤其是共享单车快速发展中存在的问题进行深入分析,在此基础上,从供应链管理视角,结合存在的问题,特别是考虑到产能过剩和未来大量共享单车的回收问题,提出了切实可行的发展及运营策略建议。In recent years,with the rapid development of shared bicycles,although it has facilitated the green traffic of the general public and effectively solved the last-kilometer traffic problem,it has also brought about social environment such as occupying chaos and parking,over-delivery and accumulation and recycling problems.Therefore,this article has conducted deeply an analysis of the development and characteristics of shared bicycles in China,especially the problems existed in the rapid development of shared bicycles.Based on this,the suggestion of practical development and operational strategies are proposed from the perspective of supply chain management,combined with existing problems,especially considering the over-capacity and a large number of shared bicycles recycled in the future.
