摘　　要：为了解决中小企业融资难问题,不管是实务界还是理论界都在不断探索新的融资渠道,其中物流金融发展较为迅速。在对物流融资模式进行分析的基础上,结合各种模式的特点重点研究了物流融资中面临的供应链信用、贷款、存货、票据等风险,从贷前审查、合同管理审查、退出机制建立等几方面提出防范措施。Based on the analysis of logistics financing business model,combined with the characteristics of business model,this paper focuses on the supply chain credit risk,loans risk,stock risk,bills risk and other risks faced by logistics financing,and puts forward some preventive measures from the aspects of pre-loan review,contract management review,exit mechanism establishment and so on.
