摘 要:试验选择(28±2)d的断奶仔猪300头用于评估黄粉虫对断奶仔猪生长性能、养分利用率、血液生化及免疫指标的影响。仔猪随机分为5组,每组3个重复,每个重复20头猪。对照组饲喂以玉米-豆粕-大麦为主的基础日粮,试验组在对照组基础上分别添加1%、2%、4%和8%的烘干黄粉虫,试验共进行35 d。结果 :黄粉虫显著提高了1~15 d和16~35 d断奶仔猪的体重(P <0.05),随着黄粉虫添加水平的升高,1~15 d断奶仔猪日增重和采食量显著线性增加(P <0.05)。随着日粮黄粉虫添加水平的升高,干物质和粗蛋白质的表观消化率显著线性升高(P <0.05);高水平黄粉虫显著降低了粪氮排泄量(P <0.05),氮沉积随黄粉虫水平表现为显著线性升高(P <0.05)。尿素氮在35 d的含量显著线性降低(P <0.05),而在15 d有降低趋势(P=0.08)。血清胰岛素样因子的含量随日粮黄粉虫水平呈现显著线性升高(P <0.05)。结论 :断奶仔猪日粮黄粉虫添加水平可以达到8%,黄粉虫可以提高断奶仔猪的采食量和养分消化率,对免疫性能无负面影响。We select a total of 300 weaning pigs at(28±2)d to evaluate the effects of dried mealworm on growth performance,nutritent digestibility,blood biochemistry and immunity indices of weaning pigs.Pigs were randomly alloted to 5 groups with 3 replicates of 20 pigs.The control group fed a diet based on corn-soybean meal-barley,and the trial groups diets were supplementation of 1%,2%,4%and 8%dried mealworm into the basal diet.The trial last 35 d.Results showed that increasing dried mealworm level in weaning pig’s diet significantly increased the body weight at end of 15 d and 35 d(linear,P<0.05).At 1~15 d,average daily gain and feed intake were linearly increased as dried mealworm level increased in diet(linear,P<0.05).There were linear improvements in dry matter and crude protein(linear,P<0.05)digestibility by increasing levels of dried mealworm,and crude ash digestibility showed tendency of improvement by dried mealworm as well(linear,P=0.06).Pigs fed a higher amount of dried mealworm showed a reduction of nitrogen excretion through feces(linear,P<0.05),which resulted in a linear increase in nitrogen retention(linear,P<0.05).Increasing level of dried mealworm in diet linearly decreased blood urea nitrogen concentration at 35 d after weaning(linear,P<0.05),and a similar decreasing tendency was observed at 15 d after weaning(linear,P=0.08).In contrast to blood urea nitrogen concentration,linear increase of serum insulin-like growth factor concentration was observed at 35 d when dried mealworm was increased in diet(linear,P<0.05).In conclusion,we induce that supplementation of dried mealworm up to 8%in weaning pig’s diet is beneficial for weaning pigs by improvement of growth performance.Dried mealworm supplementation increased feed intake and nutrient digestibility without any detrimental effect on immune response.
