摘  要:以钠钙硅酸盐玻璃为基础玻璃体系,通过掺加不同的着色剂,并控制玻璃配合料的氧化还原指数,即Redox值,来研究茶色、蓝色与绿色玻璃的着色性能变化,研究结果表明,对于茶色玻璃,Redox值为氧化条件时(Redox>0),透过率较大,随着Redox值增大,玻璃偏红程度减弱,偏黄向偏蓝转变增强;对于蓝色玻璃,随着Redox值增加,玻璃偏蓝程度加强,但玻璃明度会下降,进而造成玻璃透过率随Redox值的增加而减小;对于绿色玻璃,Redox值偏还原时(Redox <0),玻璃的明度、透过率与偏绿程度均优于Redox值偏氧化时(Redox> 0)。The influence of Redox on the properties of the glass coloring process was investigated by adding different kinds of coloring agents,including the brown glass,the blue glass and the green glass which belong to the Na-Ca-Si glass system.The results indicate that the brown glass shows higher transmittance on oxidation conditon than reduction conditon.With the increase of Redox,the tendency of partial red gets weak,comparing with the strengthening process of partial yellow shifting to patial blue.And for the blue glass,with the increase of Redox,the tendency of partial blue strengthen.But the lightness of glass weakens which causes the decrease of the transmittance.And for the green glass,the lightness and tendency of partial green,as well as the transmittance,show better performance on the conditon of reduction of Redox than oxidation of Redox.
