摘 要:对铝型材依次进行除油、酸性刻蚀、无铬氧化和静电粉末喷涂而得到粉末涂层,研究了铝刻蚀量对粉末涂层结合力的影响。当刻蚀量小于5 mg/dm^2时,粉末涂层有严重的掉粉现象。当刻蚀量达到10 mg/dm^2及以上时,粉末涂层经冲击试验后无掉粉,沸水附着力达到0级。刻蚀量与温度和槽液性能有关,实际生产中应根据季节和槽液刻蚀速率调整刻蚀时间。Powder coating was electrostatically sprayed on the aluminum profile treated by degreasing,acid etching,and chromium-free oxidation successively.The effect of aluminum etching amount on the adhesion of powder coating was studied.There is a serious dusting phenomenon on powder coating when the etching amount is 5 mg/dm2 below.The powder coating sprayed on the aluminum profile etched with a mass reduction of 10 mg/dm2 or higher features no dusting after impact test and a 0-grade adhesion in cross-cut tape test after boiling.The etching amount is related to the temperature and performance of the etching solution.The etching time should be adjusted according to the season and the etching rate.
