基于Beck评分的品管圈护理对鼻咽癌患者口腔健康状况影响的研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨基于Beck评分的品管圈护理对鼻咽癌患者口腔健康状况影响。方法:纳入鼻咽癌放射性治疗患者120例作为研究对象,按照随机数字法则分为2组(n=60),对照组采取常规口腔护理,实验组则采取基于Beck评分的品管圈护理,然后对比2组护理效果。结果:干预第3天和第5天,实验组患者口腔Beck评分显著优于对照组(P <0. 05),异味发生率明显低于对照组(P <0. 05)。干预第5天实验组致病菌和CPSI评分明显低于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论:基于Beck评分的品管圈护理模式可以有效的改善鼻咽癌患者的口腔健康状况。Objective:To study the effects of the quality control(QC)circle nursing based on Beck score on oral health of the patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Methods:120 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma with radiation therapy were included,according to the law of random numbers,they were divided into 2 groups(n=60),the patients in control group were given conventional oral nursing,those in the experimental group were given QC circle based on Beck grading nursing.The effects were compared.Results:3 and 5 days after nursing the oral Beck score of the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of oral odor was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The pathogenic bacteria and CPSI scores of the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The nursing model of quality control circle nursing based on Beck’s score can effectively improve the oral health of patients with nasopharyngeal cancer.
