摘  要:目的:分析SKA1及MMP-9在唾液腺腺样囊性癌中的表达及临床意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学染色法检测42例腺样囊性癌组织及20例癌旁正常组织中SKA1及MMP-9的表达情况。结果:SKA1及MMP-9在唾液腺腺样囊性癌中的阳性表达率分别为78. 6%和66. 7%,明显高于其在癌旁正常组织中的表达(15%和25%)(P <0. 05)。SKA1及MMP-9的表达与临床分期及腺样囊性癌的组织病理类型关系密切(P <0. 05)。此外,MMP-9的表达尚与神经侵袭及生存时间关系密切(P <0. 05)。结论:SKA1及MMP-9在唾液腺腺样囊性癌组织中高表达可能成为SACC预后评估指标及潜在的治疗靶点。Objective:To investigate the expression and the clinical significance of spindle and kinetochore-associated complex subunit 1(SKA1)and matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9)in salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma(SACC)tissues.Methods:SKA1 and MMP-9 expression in the samples from 42 cases of SACC and 20 of the normal tissue adjacent to carcinoma were detected by immunohistochemical test.Results:The positive rate of SKA1 and MMP-9 staining was 78.6%and 66.7%in SACC,respectively,significantly higher than those in normal salivary gland tissues(15%and 25%)(P<0.05).SKA1 and MMP-9 expression was positively associated with advanced stage and solid histological pattern of SACC(P<0.05).In addition,MMP-9 expression was positively associated with perineural invasion and survival time(P<0.05).Conclusion:SKA1 and MMP-9 may be promising prognostic factors and treatment target for salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma.
