摘　　要：目的:探讨Er,Cr∶YSGG激光对糜烂型扁平苔藓(EOLP)患者的疗效。方法:将72例口腔EOLP患者随机分为对照组(n=34)、实验组(n=38),对照组患者在白芍总苷+宁夏枸杞口服的基础上,局部进行曲安奈德糜烂基底部注射治疗,实验组患者在口服用药的基础上,曲安奈德用量减半,另外给予Er,Cr∶YSGG激光照射糜烂面。在治疗前后评价患者的糜烂面积及疼痛指数(VAS)。结果:治疗4周后,实验组和对照组总体有效率分别为86. 8%和82. 4%(P> 0. 05),糜烂面完全愈合率实验组为73. 7%,对照组为50. 0%(P <0. 05)。实验组和对照组糜烂面积缩小率分别为91%±21%和82%±30%(P <0. 05),疼痛指数分别下降4. 03±0. 60和2. 92±0. 07(P <0. 05)。结论:Er,Cr∶YSGG激光联合曲安奈德局部注射对EOLP患者疗效显著,较单纯激素注射见效快,不良反应轻微。Objective:To investigate the effects of Er,Cr∶YSGG laser in the treatment of erosive lichen planus(EOLP).Methods:72 patients with EOLP were randomly divided into control group(n=34)and experimental group(n=38).The patients in control group were given total glucosides of Paeonia and Ningxia wolfberry,with triamcinolone acetonide injection at the basilar part of EOLP.On the basis of oral pharmacy,the patients in experimental group were given half quantity of triamcinolone acetonide and Er,Cr∶YSGG laser irradiation to the erosion surface in addition.The area of erosion and pain index were evaluated before and after treatment.Results:After 4 weeks treatment,the total effective rate of experimental group and control group was 86.8%and 82.4%respectively(P<0.05).In the experimental and control group,the erosion area was decreased by(91±21)%and(82±30)%(P<0.05),the pain index decreased by 4.03±0.60 and 2.92±0.07,respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion:Er,Cr∶YSGG laser combined with triamcinolone acetonide injection is more effective than simple hormone injection in the treatment of EOLP.
