摘  要:根据平衡法测量左旋葡聚糖(LG)在四氢呋喃溶剂中的溶解度,以溶液蒸发法在四氢呋喃溶剂中首次生长出LG单晶,并对其生长质量进行了表征。结果表明:(1)在303 K以下温区,左旋葡聚糖在四氢呋喃溶剂中具有较小的温度系数,适用于溶液蒸发法生长单晶;(2)生长出尺寸为0. 85 cm×0. 35 cm×0. 4 cm单晶,晶体结构为正交晶系;(3)通过金相显微镜、拉曼光谱和X射线衍射分析表明,LG单晶质量较好。The solubility of LG in tetrahydrofuran solvent was measured by weighing method,The growth experiment of LG single crystal in tetrahydrofuran solvent was carried out by using constant temperature solvent evaporation method,and the grown single crystal was characterized.The results show that(1)there is a the smaller temperature coefficient of solubility below 303 K,which is suitable for the growth of single crystals by Solution evaporation method.(2)the LG single crystal size which was 0.85 cm×0.35 cm×0.4 cm was obtained,and the lattice structure of LG crystals is orthorhombic system.(3)the metallographic microscope observation,XRD analysis and Raman spectra show that the crystal has good quality.
