摘  要:认识实习是化学工程与工艺专业本科生培养的一个必要环节。通过多年来校内外单位协作和调研学习,特别是通过到石油化工厂、污水处理厂等企业认识实习,以及校内计算机仿真训练,加深学生对课程的理解深度,不断提高认识实习工作的质量,并从实习前的动员教育、实习中的督导检查考核、实习后的心得体会以及实习考核评分等几个方面,提高化工原理课程的教学效果,达到化工专业的基本要求。Cognitive practice is a necessary part in the course of the Principles of Chemical Engineering for students of Department of Chemical Engineering and Technology.For years,we have cooperated with some industrial chemical plants,such as Qingdao petrochemical plants,Qingdao sewage treatment plants and other industrial enterprises to offer the cognitive practice for students.To meet the basic requirements of the major of Chemical Engineering,we take a series of measures to improve the teaching effect of the Cognitive Practice course,such as the mobilization and guidance before the practice,the inspection and tests during the practice,summary and examination after the internship,the evaluation of the practice,etc.Meanwhile,we also offer computer simulation training to deepen the students'understanding of the course.
