摘　　要：随着城市化进程不断加快,城市交通拥堵问题日益突出,如何提升道路交通管理水平做好缓堵保畅工作,是公安交管部门当前面临的现实问题。公安院校交通管理工程专业学生做为交通警察的后备力量,服务实战的能力培养就显得更为重要。《道路交通控制》课程是交通管理工程专业必修的专业课程,且实际应用性强。本文从对公安专业学生培养的实际出发,实行案例库教学,构建集"实验、实训、实习和实战"四位一体的实践教学体系,以适应当前公安实践工作对人才需求。With the development of urbanization,the problem of urban traffic congestion is becoming increasingly serious.How to improve the level of the road traffic management and protect the road unblocked,is an urgent problem to be solved for Public security traffic control department.In addition,it is important for police college students who engaged in traffic management to enhance their police actual combat ability greatly.Road traffic control is a compulsory professional course with strong practical applicability for traffic management engineering.Case teaching is implemented and the four-in-one practice teaching system integrating experiment,training,practice and actual combat is constructed to meet the requirement of talents cultivation.
