摘  要:为解决传统梁柱节点在预制梁安装时节点区钢筋易发生碰撞的难题,提出了一种高强底筋锚入式预制装配混凝土框架梁柱节点.该节点预制梁下缘纵向受力钢筋采用小直径的HTRB630级高强钢筋,端部直角弯钩锚入节点核心区,因其柔韧性可在节点区自由交错弯折.开展了4个足尺预制试件和1个现浇试件的低周反复荷载试验;对新型节点及可能影响节点性能的相关构造包括键槽内是否增设附加小箍筋、叠合梁顶缘纵向钢筋是否同时采用高强钢筋、键槽内壁粗糙处理方式及预制柱的类型进行了研究.试验结果表明:新型节点抗震性能良好,可以应用于抗震地区;与新型节点基准试件相比,键槽内设置附加小箍筋能够稍增强各项抗震指标,提高幅度5%左右;梁上缘连续纵筋同时采用高强钢筋,强度和耗能能力下降了5%左右;泡泡膜界面粗糙工艺能保证结构的完整性.A new beam-to-column connection developed for precast concrete moment resisting frames is proposed to avoid reinforcement obstruction in connection regions.Small-diameter HTRB630 high-strength steel bars with hooked anchorages in the joint core are used as the precast beam bottom longitudinal bars,and they can be easily bent due to their flexibility.Four full-scale precast specimens and a monolithic specimen were tested to evaluate the earthquake resistance under reversal cyclic loading.The new beam-to-column connection and other relevant details that may affect the structural performance,including the type of beam top longitudinal bars,height of precast columns,manner of roughening the inner surface of the U-shell and presence or absence of small-diameter stirrups inside the U-shell,were studied.The results show that the proposed connection exhibits good seismic resistance,and thus it can be used in seismic regions.Furthermore,compared with the benchmark precast specimen,the existence of additional stirrups slightly enhances the overall performance by approximately 5%.The use of high-strength steel bars as beam top longitudinal bars further decreases the strength and energy dissipation by approximately 5%.The air bubble film technique in roughening the interface between precast and postcast concrete can ensure the structural integrity.
