摘 要:为了同时隔离水平地震作用及地铁运行导致的竖向振动,以橡胶支座和碟形弹簧相串联的形式设计了一种三维隔振装置.采用ABAQUS数值模拟与验证,确定了不同组合形式装置的水平刚度及竖向刚度取值.同时,基于某博物馆实际工程,建立了装置使用前后博物馆数值模型,并进行地震波和地铁波的时程分析.结果表明:三维隔振装置能同时隔离水平地震和竖向振动;装置刚度的计算结果与试验值相吻合;地震作用下,采用三维隔振装置的结构基底剪力降低了45%~80%,加速度峰值降低了66%~80%,减震效果明显;楼层加速度响应及Z振级值可以通过合理设置竖向刚度值来降低,综合考虑隔振效果及装置竖向变形,建议该博物馆三维隔振装置的竖向刚度取值为20 kN/mm.To isolate horizontal vibration caused by earthquake and vertical vibration caused by the subway,a three-dimensional vibration isolation device was developed through rubber bearings in series with disc springs.To investigate the horizontal stiffness and the vertical stiffness of devices in different combinations,the ABAQUS numerical models of the devices were established and verified.The numerical models with and without the device were established based on a museum structure.The seismic and subway time history curves were chosen to analyze the models.The result shows that the device can isolate horizontal earthquake and vertical vibration.The calculated results of stiffness of the devices numerical model are in agreement with the experimental values.Base shear force of structures with the device was reduced 45%to 80%and the peak acceleration of structure with the device was reduced 66%to 80%under earthquake.The device has a good effect on seismic isolation.The acceleration response of the floors and Z-vibration level(VLZ)can be reduced if the reasonable vertical stiffness of the device is selected.Considering the vibration isolated effect and the vertical deformation,the suggested vertical stiffness of the device used in the museum is 20 kN/mm.
