摘　　要：目的探讨他莫昔芬对乳腺癌患者子宫内膜的影响。方法回顾性分析87例乳腺癌患者的临床资料。观察组(n=44)在手术和(或)化疗后给予他莫昔芬治疗,对照组(n=43)未行内分泌治疗。对比两组患者治疗前、治疗12个月后子宫内膜厚度、性激素水平及子宫内膜异常情况。结果治疗后,观察组子宫内膜厚度及性激素水平大于或高于治疗前水平及对照组,子宫内膜异常率高于对照组(均P <0. 05);观察组绝经后患者子宫内膜厚度及性激素水平大于或高于未绝经者,子宫内膜异常率高于未绝经者(均P <0. 05)。结论乳腺癌患者长期服用他莫昔芬会导致子宫内膜增厚,且对绝经后患者的影响更大。Objective To explore the effect of tamoxifen on the endometrium in the patients with breast cancer.Methods The clinical data of87patients with breast cancer were retrospectively analyzed.The observation group(n=44)was administered tamoxifen after surgery and/or chemotherapy,while endocrine therapy was not conducted in the control group(n=43).Before treatment and after12months of treatment,endometrial thickness,sex hormones levels,and incidence of endometrial anomaly were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the endometrial thickness was greater and the levels of sex hormones were higher in the observation group compared to the levels before treatment or in the control group,the abnormal endometrium rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(all P<0.05).In the observation group,the postmenopausal patients had greater endometrial thickness and higher levels of sex hormones compared to the patients without menopause,the abnormal endometrium rate of the postmenopausal patients was higher than that of the patients without menopause(all P<0.05).Conclusion Administration of tamoxifen for long term might cause endometrium thickening in the patients with breast cancer and has more obvious effects on the postmenopausal patients.
