摘　　要：在实施中华优秀传统文化传承发展的历史背景下,重塑与创新中国掼牛文化保护机制显得尤为重要。通过文献资料研究、实地考察、专家访谈、逻辑分析等研究方法,结合体育文化与科技创新理论对中国掼牛的保护机制进行全面的梳理和分析,研究认为:1)中国掼牛政策性保护应坚持科学发展、统筹协调的国家战略和最大限度地放宽地方性经济创收机制;2)中国掼牛体育文化保护应注重生态构建与社会参与机制,推动文化生产性和社会化保护的实现方式;3)中国掼牛科技创新保护应开发信息资源互联和科技生产性保护机制,加大科技人才和服务资金的投入,建立现代化数据服务平台,促进中国掼牛体育文化、经济与科技的共同发展。Under the historical background of the inheritance and development of China's various forms of traditional arts and Chinese culture,it is particularly important to put forward the measures of Pushing Bulldog protection.The article adopts documentary material method,practically inspecting method,visiting-experts method,logical analysis method,and so on,to analyze synthetically the protection of Pushing Bulldog,combined with sports culture and technological innovation theory.The results are as follows:1)Pushing Bulldog protection should adhere to scientific development,national planning and local economic income-generating policy.2)Ecological construction and social participation should be considered in Pushing Bulldog protection,promoting the realization of cultural protection with the help of production and society.3)Information resource interconnection,more investment in scientific and technological talents and service funds and a modern data platform of Pushing Bulldog protection should be applied for development of Pushing Bulldog culture,economy and technology.
