摘 要:为研究纵隔板设计参数对正交异性钢桥面板疲劳性能的影响,建立带纵隔板的某斜拉桥钢箱梁正交异性钢桥面板单元模型,通过桥面移动轮载加载,分别获得横桥向不同轮载位置下,纵隔板邻近构造细节的应力响应;基于纵隔板-面板构造细节轮载应力幅的最不利荷载工况,对该构造细节进行疲劳性能评价,探讨纵隔板厚度及其与紧邻纵肋的间距等参数变化对纵隔板-面板构造细节的应力响应影响。研究结果表明:面板-纵隔板构造细节具有无限疲劳寿命;纵隔板与紧邻纵肋腹板间距的改变会引起面板-纵隔板构造细节应力的显著变化,不宜采用过大的间距;需要指出,纵隔板厚度的改变对该构造细节的应力影响很小,因而纵隔板厚度不宜过大。基于有限元分析提出纵隔板优化参数组合,为钢桥面板抗疲劳设计提供参考依据。In order to reveal the effects of design parameters of inner longitudinal diaphragm on fatigue performance of orthotropic steel bridge deck,a finite element model of orthotropic steel bridge deck unit with inner longitudinal diaphragm of a cable-stayed bridge was established.The stress response at adjacent connection details of inner longitudinal diaphragm under different transverse wheel loading location was obtained under the moving wheel loads.The fatigue performance and the effects of thickness of the inner longitudinal diaphragm,the distance between the inner longitudinal box-girder web and the adjacent U-rib web were discussed under the most critical load condition at connection detail of inner longitudinal diaphragm to deck plate.It is found that the connection detail concerned has infinite fatigue life and the stress response under different space between the inner longitudinal box-girder web and the adjacent U-rib web aside is quite different,indicating that large space is not suggested.While the stress response of the connection detail caused by the variation of thickness of the inner longitudinal diaphragm is very close,hence thick inner longitudinal diaphragm is not necessary.The reasonable selection of parameters considering the inner longitudinal diaphragm is proposed based on the FEM analysis,which can provide guidance to fatigue design of steel bridges.
