摘　　要：目的:数字化设计一种辅助胸椎后路椎弓根螺钉置入的3D打印导航模块,探讨其可行性、有效性。方法:采集15具成人尸体胸椎标本及15例临床患者的胸椎CT扫描数据,导入Mimics软件,进行三维重建、三维编辑等操作,设计胸椎双侧椎弓根螺钉置入钉道,设计分别能与双侧胸椎椎弓根后部解剖结构卡位的带钉道导航模块并3D打印。在尸体胸椎标本及3D打印的患者胸椎模型上进行3D打印导航模块卡位,观察效果。结果:全部解剖标本和临床病例均顺利进行数字化设计,尸体胸椎标本及3D打印的患者胸椎模型与3D打印导航模块卡位效果良好,与术前设计高度符合。结论:数字化设计及3D打印技术辅助胸椎后路椎弓根螺钉置入,设计精准,操作简便、可行,效果良好。Objective:A3D printed navigation module was designed to assist posterior thoracic vertebral pedicle screw placement,its feasibility and effectiveness was explored.Methods:CT scan data of15adult thoracic anatomy samples and15cases of clinical patients,were imported into Mimics software for3D reconstruction,3D editing,etc.The nail channel of thoracic pedicle screw placement on both sides were designed.Navigation modules conform to the back of the thoracic anatomical structure of screens were designed and3D printed.The3D printing navigation module clamping was performed on the cadaver thoracic specimen and the patient’s thoracic3D printed model,the effect were observed.Results:The digital design of all anatomical specimens and clinical cases was carried out smoothly,and the cadaver thoracic specimens and patients thoracic3D printed model had good clamping effect with the3D printing navigation module,which was highly consistent with the preoperative design.Conclusion:Digital design and3D printing technology assist the posterior thoracic vertebral pedicle screw placement,have accurate design,simple operation,high feasibility and good results.
