摘  要:临床营养治疗是目前临床综合治疗措施中不可缺少的组成部分,临床营养学知识教学对临床各专业及营养专业的学生来说是不可缺少的。但目前我国绝大多数医院的医护人员缺乏临床营养学知识,并在临床教学方面对营养学不够重视,这严重阻碍了学生综合医疗水平和解决临床问题能力的提高。文章将通过对改进教学模式、强化学习内容、重视实践培训、加强师资力量、完善考核制度五个方面来探讨临床营养教学工作的改进方法,达到提高学生学习兴趣及专业水平,促进临床营养学健康发展的目的。且在实际教学工作中,应结合目前的现状进行仔细的探索与分析,研究其中是否存在教学问题,结合临床营养专业的教学特点开展工作,以此提升整体教育质量与水平,重点培养大学生的实践操作能力与基本能力,为其后续发展夯实基础。At present,clinical nutrition treatment is an indispensable part of clinical comprehensive treatment measures,and knowledge teaching of clinical nutrition is indispensable for students majoring in clinical and nutrition.However,at present,most of the medical staff in China lacks the knowledge of clinical nutrition and pays little attention to nutrition in clinical teaching,which seriously hinds the improvement of students'comprehensive medical level and ability to solve clinical problems.This paper discusses the improvement methods of clinical nutrition teaching through five aspects:improving the teaching mode,strengthening the learning content,emphasizing the practical training,strengthening the faculty,and improving the assessment system,so as to improve the students'learning interest,professional level and promote the healthy development of clinical nutrition.And in the actual teaching work,we should carefully explore and analyze the current situation,study whether there are teaching problems and carry out the work in combination with the teaching characteristics of clinical nutrition specialty,so as to improve the overall quality and the level of education,focus on training the practical operation ability and basic ability of college students and lay a solid foundation for their subsequent development.
