摘　　要：热网循环水泵是供热系统中重要的动力设备,直接影响供热安全性和经济性。从驱动方式、选型配置等方面,对华电山东公司各单位热网循环水泵组运行状况进行诊断,指出汽蚀、耗电率高、蒸汽节流损失大等典型问题,分析产生的原因并制定了最佳优化方案。The heating network circulating water pump is an important power equipment in the heating system,which directly affects the heating safety and economy. The operation status of each heating network circulating water pump set in every company of Huadian Shandong Company is diagnosed from the driving mode,model selection and configuration. The typical problems such as cavitation erosion,high power consumption rate and large steam throttling loss are pointed out and the optimization plan is put forward.
