区域数字图书馆建设及转型提升的实践探索——以宁波市数字图书馆为例

摘　　要：宁波市数字图书馆经过十年的发展,历经三个建设阶段,实现了区域数字图书馆"一种模式、两项机制、三个平台和四类服务"的建设目标。一种模式即政府主导下的行业协同建设管理模式;两项机制为共建共享机制和联席会议机制;三个平台包括中心门户平台、特色库平台和数字化学习平台;四类服务为基本文献保障服务、特色资源保障服务、文献传递服务和慕课联盟服务。在新的条件下,宁波市数字图书馆将以服务智能化和管理智慧化为着力点,努力开展"智慧联动"的实践探索。The 10-year development of Ningbo Digital Library went through3stages,and fulfilled its goal of One Mode,Two Mechanisms,Three Platforms and Four Kinds of Services.One Mode refers to the management mode made by corporation of the industry under the instruction of the government;two mechanisms refers to the co-building and sharing mechanism and the joint conference;three platforms include a center platform,a special database and an e-learning platform;four kinds of services consist of basic documents security,special resources security,documents delivery and Mooc alliance.In the new era,Ningbo Digital Library will be committed to intelligent services and smart management so as to step further on Intelligent Linkage.
