摘　　要：开发了一种数字化字符喷印系统,用于打印印制电路板表面丝印。该系统主要由工控机、ZYNQ-7000处理器、运动控制器、喷头驱动模块、喷头、UV灯等模块组成,由工控机解析图纸资料,ZYNQ-7000处理器进行数据处理及统筹运动与喷墨,最终将工控机导入的资料打印到电路板上。实际测试证明,该系统体积小、成本低、喷印速度快、喷印质量高、操作简单,可实现数字化喷墨打印,适合印制电路丝印及印刷行业。In the paper,a digital character printing system to print the silk on the circuit board is designed.The system is mainly composed of industrial control machine,ZYNQ-7000 processor,motion controller,sprinkler drive module,sprinkler head,UV lamp and other modules.The industrial control machine parses the drawing data,and the ZYNQ-7000 processor performs data processing and coordinates movement and inkjet.Finally,the data imported by the industrial control machine is printed on the circuit board.The actual test results show that the system is small in size,low in cost,fast in printing speed,high in quality and simple in operation,and can achieve digital inkjet printing,which is suitable for the printing circuit silk printing and printing industry.
