摘　　要：目的研究联合运动对绝经后激素受体阳性乳腺癌患者血脂的影响。方法选取我院2016年1月～2017年9月收治的74例绝经后激素受体阳性乳腺癌患者,按照随机综合序贯法分为观察组和对照组,每组各37例。观察组采用联合运动进行干预,对照组仅进行检测数据的采集,不进行训练。记录两组心脑血管发生率、三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)等血脂水平及舒张压、收缩压等血压水平,采用各评分标准对患者疼痛感、焦虑、生活质量等进行评判,详细记录后进行比较。结果观察组心脑血管意外发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组TG、TC等血脂水平及舒张压、收缩压等血压水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组疼痛感及焦虑评分低于对照组,生活质量评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论联合运动对绝经后激素受体阳性乳腺癌患者有重要影响,具有较高临床推广价值。Objective To study the abnormal effects of combined exercise on blood lipids in postmenopausal hormone receptor-positive breast cancer patients.Methods Seventy-four postmenopausal hormone receptor-positive breast cancer patients admitted to our hospital from January2016to September2017were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group by Stochastic synthesis sequential method,37cases in each group.The observation group was treated with joint exercise,and the control group only collected the test data without training.Blood pressure levels such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular rate,triglyceride and total cholesterol,blood pressure levels such as diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure were recorded.The pain,anxiety and quality of life were evaluated by various scoring criteria.Results The incidence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular accidents in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the blood lipid levels such as triglyceride and total cholesterol in the observation group and the blood pressure levels such as diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The pain and anxiety scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the quality of life score was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined exercise has an important impact on postmenopausal hormone receptor-positive breast cancer patients and has a high clinical promotion value.
