关于强化金融队伍建设的构想

摘　　要：建设一支政治素质高、业务能力强、有较强的事业心和责任心、求真务实、爱岗敬业、甘于奉献、有良好的工作作风和团队精神的金融干部员工的队伍,是金融事业健康发展的根本保证。就当前来说,金融部门在队伍建设方面,还跟不上党的十九大所提出的新时代、新任务的要求,存在这样那样的问题。基于此,论文提出有效措施以强化金融队伍建设。Building a teamof financial cadres and employeeswith high political quality,strong business ability,strong dedication towork and senseof responsibility,truth-seeking,dedicationtowork,dedication,goodwork style and teamspirit is the fundamental guarantee for thehealthy development of financial undertakings.At present,the financial sector is still unable to keep upwith the requirementsof the newera and newtasks put forward by the 19th CPCNational Congress,there exists various problems.Based on this,the paper puts forward some effectivemeasures to strengthenthe construction of the financial team.
