摘 要:在车灯行业,LED散热器的基材普遍使用传统的金属材料。现有的金属导热材料虽然散热效果好,但存在质量大、成本高等缺点。需寻找一种散热效果接近金属材料,并能满足汽车灯具散热要求、成本低的新型导热材料作为替代品。选取PA66TT6600-5001作为散热器基材,加工成型后进行点亮试验并与传统金属铝材料作比较。结果表明:对于低功率的LED,导热塑料的散热效果接近于金属铝;而对于大功率的LED,导热塑料的散热效果要低于金属铝。因此导热塑料在汽车灯具LED散热器上的应用还将面临挑战。Traditional metal materials are widely used for LED heat sink in automotive lighting industry.Although the existing metal thermal conductive materials have good heat dissipation effect,but they have the disadvantages of high quality and high cost.It is necessary to look for a new type of thermal conductive plastic as a substitute for LED heat sink in automotive lighting.Heat dissipation of this material is close to metal material and has low cost.PA66TT6600-5001was selected as the material of the heat sink,and then the test was conducted after processing and was compared with aluminum.The results show that for low-power LEDS the heat dissipation effect of the thermal conductive plastic is close to that of aluminum,but for high-power LEDS the heat dissipation effect of the conductive plastic is lower than that of aluminum.Therefore,the application of thermal conductive plastic to LED heat sink in automotive lighting will face great challenge.
