摘  要:在活性污泥中分离培养一株好氧脱色菌株,将其应用于偶氮染料的生物降解和固定化研究。经过16SrDNA基因测序表明,该菌株为微嗜酸寡养单胞菌(Stenotrophomonas acidaminiphila sp.),其在35℃、120r/min条件下培养18h后对颜料红23的脱色率达90%以上,脱色方式以生物降解为主。以质量分数为1.5%的海藻酸钠溶液为固定化载体,质量分数为5%的FeCl3溶液为交联剂,接种4%的微嗜酸寡养单胞菌悬液制备固定化菌球,结果表明,最佳投加量为5g,培养18h后对颜料红23的脱色率可达89%。由此表明该菌株及固定化菌球在印染废水处理行业中有良好的应用价值。An aerobic decolorizing strain was isolated from the activated sludge,which can be used in the study of biodegradation and immobilization on azo dyes.The strain sequenced by 16 S rDNA genes was Stenotrophomonas acidaminiphila(sp.).The decolorization rate for pigment red 23 is more than 90%after 18 hours when the temperature is 35℃ and the speed is 120 r/min,and the decolorization way on pigment red 23 is mainly biodegradable.The immobilized bacteria were prepared by 1.5% sodium alginate solution as immobilized carrier inoculated 4.0% suspension and 5% FeCl3 solution as crosslinking agent.The decolorization efficiency on pigment red23 is about 89%after 18 hours when the best mass of immobilized pellets is 5 g.In the treatment of printing and dyeing wastewater,the strain and immobilized bacteria have a good application value.
