摘  要:[目的]对28个不同生态区红小豆品种数量性状在育种改良中的研究分析。[方法]采用随机区组试验,数理统计方法对主要农艺性状进行了调查研究。并对其中7个数量性状进行了相关分析及主成分分析。[结果]变异系数最大的数量性状为分枝数,变异系数达到34.21%,其次是产量,变异系数为24.65%,最小的为生育期,变异系数为2.54%。相关分析表明,单株荚数与产量呈显著正相关关系。主成分分析结果表明,前3个主成分(单荚粒数因子、生育期因子和产量因子)对变异的累计贡献率达86.68%。[结论]在红小豆育种改良选择中,单株荚数是育种改良中重点选育目标,同时要综合考虑荚粒数均匀,生育时期适合等其他性状。Objective]To research the quantitative characters of adzuki bean varieties from28different ecological zones in breeding and improvement.[Method]The main agronomic characters of adzuki bean varieties were investigated in Jiamusi region.The correlation characteristics and principal component analysis of7major quantitative traits of28adzuki beans varieties were analyzed by using randomized block experiment and mathematical statistics.[Result]The biggest variant coefficient was branch number per plant(34.21%),followed by yield,which was24.65%;and growth period took the last place(2.54%).Results of correlation analysis showed significantly positive relationship between branch number per plant and yield.Results of principal component analysis showed that the cumulative contribution ratio of the three principal components,including factors of seeds number per pod,growth period and yield,to the total variation reached86.68%.[Conclusion]During adzuki bean breeding,single pod number per plant should be selected as the key breeding target.At the same time,we also should comprehensively consider the uniform number of pods,suitable growth period and other traits.
