摘  要:针对煤矿井下电牵引采煤机摇臂信号的采集对便携式数采仪的功能要求,以OMAP-L138为处理核心,硬件方面,根据便携式数采仪的功能要求对外围器件硬件进行选型并绘制电路原理图,根据原理图制作PCB电路板;软件方面,通过选择合适的Linux内核版本,完成对内核的裁剪和移植,并根据外围硬件开发相应的驱动程序,同时采用Qt软件开发应用程序及控制界面,形成了具有ARM+DSP双CPU的便携式数采仪,实现了对电牵引采煤机摇臂信号的采集、显示、存储、传输和分析等功能。In view of the functional requirements to the data collecting instrument for collecting the signal of ranging arm of shearer under coal mine,the OMAP-L138 was taken as the processing core.In terms of hardware,external devices were selected and circuit schematic was designed according to the functional requirements of the data collecting instrument;in terms of software,the core was cut and transplanted by selection of the appropriate Linux core version,and drives were developed on the basis of the corresponding external hardware,and the data collecting instrument with ARM and DSP was formed by use of Qt software application and control interface.The functions of collecting,displaying,storing,transmitting and analyzing the arm signal of the electric traction shearercan be realized.
