量表化围手术期管理方案在下肢深静脉血栓介入治疗护理中的运用

摘　　要：目的探寻量表化的围手术期管理模式在下肢深静脉血栓介入治疗护理中的运用,评估其应用价值。方法收集2017年1月至2018年1月广州医科大学附属第三医院放射科使用血栓抽吸导管治疗30例下肢急性深静脉血栓形成且志愿参加本研究的患者,随机分为两组,对照组给予常规术前探视、术中及术后护理,观察组予以我科室护理团队制定的围手术期介入护理量表方案进行围手术期护理,观察两组患者的术后并发症及术后满意度情况。结果两组患者的手术的成功率均为100%,两组患者出院时治疗评分差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),观察组手术时间小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。两组患者并发症情况,观察组伤口血肿的情况小于对照组(P <0.05),观察组的满意度明显高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论量表化的围手术期管理方案可以有效的提高介入护理质量,提高患者满意度,值得在介入护理中推广。Objective To assess the clinical value of the adoption of nurse manage scales in the perioperative nursing in intravention treatment for deep vein thrombosis(DVT)in lower limb.Methods 30 patients who received the intravention treatment(Angiojet catheter)for acute DVT and volunteered to join our research were included and equally divided into the experiment group and the control group.Patients in the control group were the normal perioperative nursing services,and a new nurse management scale was introduced into the normal perioperative nurse in the experiment group to test the postoperative complications and satisfaction degree of two groups.Results In both groups,the surgical technique success rate was 100%.Both groups gave the equal post.operation score(P>0.05).The operation time was shorter in the experiment group than the control group(P<0.05).In the experiment group,the surgical wound hematoma was significantly less than the control group(P<0.05).The post.operation satisfaction investigation showed that the experiment group gave significant higher score than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nurse management scale is a promising nurse method to improve nursing quality and patient satisfaction.
