摘　　要：2017年全球半导体设备行业有两个热题,一是EUV(极紫外)光刻设备显著推进,二是8英寸(200 mm)晶圆制造设备市场重新回暖。我国已经开始具备部分8英寸晶圆制造设备的配套能力和先进封装主要设备的供货能力,将借助于全球8英寸设备回暖的商机,大显身手。There are two hot topics in the global semiconductor equipment industry in 2017,one is the significant advance of EUV(ultra-violet)lithography equipment,and the other is the revival of the 8-inch(200 mm)wafer manufacturing equipment market.Our country has already begun to have some 8-inch wafer manufacturing equipment supporting capacity and advanced packaging of the main equipment supply capacity,with the help of the global 8-inch equipment warming business opportunities,show their skills.
