摘　　要：目的探讨阿托伐他汀对动脉硬化性脑梗死患者神经功能及日常生活能力的影响。方法将本院收治的动脉硬化性脑梗死患者120例随机分为观察组与对照组,各60例。对照组采用常规内科治疗,观察组加用阿托伐他汀治疗,比较2组治疗前后患者神经功能和日常生活能力、血脂水平及脑梗死改善情况。结果治疗后,观察组对患者神经功能与日常生活能力改善效果均高于对照组(P <0. 05);观察组患者三酰甘油(TC)、总胆固醇(TG)以及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)血脂指标水平均低于对照组,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)血脂水平高于对照组(P <0. 05);观察组对减少脑梗死面积的效果优于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论将阿托伐他汀用于治疗动脉硬化性脑梗死患者可有效缩小脑梗死面积,改善患者血脂水平、神经功能及日常生活能力。Objective To explore the effect of atorvastatin on neurological function and daily living ability in patients with atherosclerotic cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 120 patients with atherosclerotic cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine medical treatment,and observation group was additionally treated with atorvastatin.The neurological function and daily living ability,blood lipids levels and cerebral infarction improvement were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the improvement efficacy of neurological function and daily living ability in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The levels of blood lipids indexes including triglyceride(TC),total cholesterol(TG)and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)in observation group were lower,and the serum lipid level of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The observation group had better effect in reducing infarct size than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Atorvastatin can effectively reduce the cerebral infarct size,and improve the blood lipids levels,neurological function and daily living ability in patients with atherosclerotic cerebral infarction.
