自制单孔多通道套管联合常规腹腔镜器械在子宫内膜癌手术中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨自制单孔多通道套管联合常规腹腔镜器械在子宫内膜癌手术中的应用效果。方法选取本院收治的子宫内膜癌患者25例,采用随机数表法将其随机分为单孔腹腔镜组(n=12)和常规腹腔镜组(n=13)。常规腹腔镜组行常规腹腔镜手术,单孔腹腔镜组在常规腹腔镜组的基础上联合自制单孔多通道套管进行手术。术后,比较2组患者手术时间、术中失血量、盆腔淋巴细胞数、腹主动脉旁淋巴结数、住院时间、术后排气时间及视觉模拟评分(VAS)评分。结果单孔腹腔镜手术时间明显高于腹腔镜组,术中失血量明显少于腹腔镜组,住院时间、术后排气时间短于于腹腔镜组,VAS评分低于腹腔镜组(P <0. 05)。结论单孔腹腔镜组临床疗效明显优于常规腹腔镜组,具有微创、恢复快、经济实惠等诸多优点。Objective To investigate the effect of self-made single-hole multi-channel cannula port combined with conventional laparoscopic instruments in endometrial cancer.Methods Twenty-five patients with endometrial cancer admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into single-port laparoscopic group(n=12)and conventional laparoscopic group(n=13).The conventional laparoscopic group received conventional laparoscopic surgery.The single-hole laparoscopic group was additionally applied self-made single-hole multi-channel cannula in the surgery.After operation,the operation time,intraoperative blood loss,number of pelvic lymphocytes,number of para-aortic lymph nodes,hospitalization time,postoperative exhaust time and Visual Analogue Score(VAS)were compared between the two groups.Results The single-port laparoscopic surgery group had less surgery time,less blood loss,and shorter hospitalization time,and postoperative exhaust time,and lower VAS score than laparoscopic group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical efficacy of the single-port laparoscopic group is significantly better than that of the conventional laparoscopic group,which has advantages of minimal invasion,rapid recovery,and economical benefits.
