血清钙、D-二聚体及血凝指标水平与脑出血病情的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨血清钙、D-二聚体及血凝指标水平与脑出血病情的相关性。方法选取300例脑出血患者,分为大量出血组和小量出血组,每组150例。比较2组血清钙、D-二聚体及血凝指标水平。结果大量出血组患者的血清钙水平低于小量出血组,D-二聚体水平高于小量出血组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。大量出血组患者的凝血酶原时间、凝血酶时间、活化部分凝血活酶时间均长于小量出血组,血小板计数、纤维蛋白原水平均低于小量出血组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论血清钙、D-二聚体及血凝指标变化与脑出血病情变化存在相关性。Objective To explore the correlation between serum calcium,D-dimer,hemagglutination levels and situation of cerebral hemorrhage.Methods A total of300patients with cerebral hemorrhage were divided into massive bleeding group and small bleeding group,with150cases in each group.Serum calcium,D-dimer and hemagglutination levels were compared between two groups.Results The serum calcium level in the massive bleeding group was significantly lower than that in the small bleeding group,and the D-dimer level was significantly higher than the small bleeding group(P<0.05).The prothrombin time,thrombin time and activated partial thromboplastin time in the massive bleeding group were significantly longer than those in the small bleeding group,while the platelet count and fibrinogen level were significantly lower than the small bleeding group(P<0.05).Conclusion The changes of serum calcium,D-dimer and hemagglutination index are correlated with the change of cerebral hemorrhage.
