摘 要:目的:探讨环氧化酶-2(COX-2)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、半乳糖凝集素-3(Galectin-3)在卵巢子宫内膜异位症(EM)中的表达及其临床意义。方法:选取郑州大学第三附属医院收治的32例卵巢EM患者(EM组)和40例子宫肌瘤患者(对照组)。酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)和免疫组化法分别检测血清和组织中COX-2、VEGF、Galectin-3表达。结果:卵巢EMs患者血清中COX-2、VEGF、Galectin-3表达均高于对照组(P <0.05); VEGF、Galectin-3在EMsⅢ期与Ⅳ期患者血清中的表达均高于Ⅰ~Ⅱ期患者(P<0.05),但其在Ⅲ期与Ⅳ期的表达比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。COX-2、VEGF与Galectin-3在异位内膜中的表达明显高于在位子宫内膜(P <0. 05);异位内膜中COX-2与VEGF(r=0.408,P=0.020)、Galectin-3(r=0.554,P=0.001)的表达呈正相关;异位内膜中各因子在增生期与分泌期的表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:COX-2、VEGF及Galectin-3可能共同参与卵巢EM的发生、发展,可能是卵巢EM的潜在血清分子标记物。Objective:To investigate the expressions and clinical significances of cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2),vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),and galectin-3 in ovarian endometriosis(EMs).Methods:32 patients diagnosed of ovarian EM by the Third Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou university pathologically were recruited as EM group,40 patients diagnosed of uterine fibroid with normal endometrium as control group.The expressions of COX-2,VEGF and Galectin-3 in serum and ectopic endometrium were detected enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)and immunohistochemistry respectively.Results:The concentration of COX-2,VEGF and Galectin-3 in EMs group were significantly higher than that control groups(P<0.05).VEGF and Galectin-3 in stageⅢandⅣwere significantly higher than those in stageⅠ~Ⅱ(P<0.005),but there were no significant difference between stage III and stage IV(P>0.05).The expressions of COX-2,VEGF and Galectin-3 in ectopic endometrium were significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.05).In ectopic endometrium,COX-2 had significant correlations with VEGF(r=0.408,P=0.020)and Galectin-3(r=0.554,P=0.001).However,their expression showed no significant difference between proliferative phase and secretory phase(P>0.05).Conclusions:COX-2,VEGF and Galectin-3 are likely involve in the occurrence and development of ovarian endometriosis.And they are potential molecular markers for ovarian endometriosis.
