摘  要:在执行《内河通航标准》5. 3. 1条关于水下过河建筑物选址规定的过程中,发现由于未考虑隧道竖向埋置深度,水下隧道必须布设在远离锚地的规定不尽科学合理。在对船舶抛锚贯入深度及部分隧道埋置深度调查、统计、分析的基础上,认为若隧道顶部覆盖层厚度大于船舶抛锚贯入量,并有充分富余,锚地设置与运行对隧道结构安全基本不构成影响。因此适时对相关通航标准中水下隧道选址必须远离锚地的规定进行修订是十分必要的。In the process of implementing the regulations on site selection for underwater crossing buildings in clause 5.3.1 of Navigation Standard of Inland Waterway,we find the regulation that underwater tunnel must be laid away from anchorage is not always scientific and reasonable,due to vertical depth of the tunnel is not taken into account.Based on surveys,statistics,and analysis of anchor penetration depth and tunnel buried depth,we hold that installation and operation of the anchorage do not affect the safety of the tunnel structure,if the thickness of the cover at the top of the tunnel is greater than anchor penetration.Therefore,it is very necessary to amend the regulations that underwater tunnel must be laid away from anchorage in related navigation standards.
