摘 要:为进一步分离圆滑番荔枝中抑菌活性成分,以胡椒瘟病菌为供试病原菌,采用硅胶层析柱对圆滑番荔枝叶乙醇提取物中抑菌活性成分进行了初步分离。结果表明:从圆滑番荔枝叶乙醇提取物乙酸乙酯萃取组分中分离得到的D1、 D2、 D3、....D10等10种馏分中D1、 D4、 D5、 D7、 D8对胡椒瘟病菌具有抑菌活性,抑菌率分别达到了68.10%、 65.95%、 63.44%、 76.34%和50.18%。对D1组分进一步分离得到D1-1纯化合物,通过核磁共振氢谱、碳谱确定其为棕榈酸酰胺。本研究为进一步研制防治胡椒瘟病的植物源杀菌剂提供依据。Annona glabra was extracted with ethanol and its components with antifungal activity were isolated by column chromatography with Phytophthora capsici as test pathogen.The results showed that 10 components with antifungal activity were isolated from the ethanol extract,of which components D1,D4,D5,D7 and D8 had inhibitory effect on Phytophthora capsici,and their inhibition rates were 68.10%,65.95%,63.44%,76.34%and 50.18%,respectively.The component D1 was isolated further to produce pure compound D1-1 which was determined as palmitamide by using hydrogen spectrum and carbon spectrum in nuclear magnetic resonance.This study provided evidence for the further development of botanic fungicides against phytophthora foot rot of black pepper.
