摘　　要：目的:探讨Fsp27在慢性肝纤维化患者肝组织中的表达及其与病理、肝纤维化指标之间的相关性。方法:选取2015年7月至2017年7月温州医科大学附属第一医院45例因肝脏肿瘤而行肝部分切除术切除的肝脏标本。对肝组织进行HE染色、Masson染色、Fsp27蛋白染色,并进行病理纤维化分析,分别通过免疫组织化学染色、Real-time PCR及Western blot检测肝组织中Fsp27表达情况,同时测定患者术前血清肝纤维化指标(血清肝羟脯氨酸、血清III型胶原和透明质酸)。结果:Fsp27在肝组织中阳性表达主要位于原代肝星状细胞;随着肝纤维化程度的加重,肝脏组织中Fsp27 mRNA及蛋白表达水平逐渐降低(P<0.05);Fsp27蛋白染色评分与血清III型胶原、血清透明质酸、肝脏羟脯氨酸呈负相关(r=-0.521、-0.834、-0.667,0.05)。结论:肝组织Fsp27表达与肝纤维化程度、肝纤维化指标呈显著负相关。Objective:To study the correlation of Fsp27 with liver fibrosis pathology and liver fibrosis index.Methods:In 45 cases of liver surgery from July 2015 to July 2017 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University,HE staining,Fsp27 protein staining and pathological staging were performed.The expression of Fsp27 in liver was determined by immunohistochemical assay,Real-time PCR and Western blot respectively.Results:The positive expression of Fsp27 in liver tissue was mainly in primary hepatic stellate cells.Compared with normal control group,the expression of Fsp27 at mRNA and protein level was negatively correlated with the stage of hepatic fibrosis(P<0.05).There was also a negative correlation between the levels of Fsp27 and collagen III,hyaluronic acid and hydroxyproline expression(r=-0.521,-0.834,-0.667,P<0.05).Conclusion:The expression of Fsp27 is negatively correlated with the degree of hepatic fibrosis.
