改性聚偏氟乙烯分离膜吸附Pb(Ⅱ)的性能研究

摘  要:制备了共混有多氨基膦酸和多氨基羧酸官能基团的改性聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)分离膜,对其形貌和官能基团进行了表征,研究了pH、Pb(Ⅱ)初始浓度和共存物质对其吸附性能的影响,分析了改性PVDF分离膜吸附Pb(Ⅱ)的动力学和热力学特性,评价了其再生利用性能。结果表明,当pH=5.1,Pb(Ⅱ)初始浓度为1 mmol?L^(-1),吸附温度为298 K时,Pb(Ⅱ)的平衡吸附量为1.11 mmol?g-1。吸附动力学和等温过程分别符合准二级动力学和Langmuir等温吸附模型;该吸附过程为自发的放热反应。此外,改性PVDF分离膜具有优良的再生利用性能。A polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF)-type membrane bearing both polyamino phosphonic acid and polyamino carboxylic acid functional groups was fabricated,and the morphology and functional groups of this membrane were characterized.Effects of pH,initial Pb(Ⅱ)concentration and coexisting substances on Pb(Ⅱ)adsorption were studied.When the pH,initial Pb(Ⅱ)concentration and temperature were 5.1,1.0 mmol·g^-1 and 298 K,respectively,Pb(Ⅱ)uptake of the membrane was 1.11 mmol g^-1.The adsorption kinetic and isotherm adsorption followed pseudo-second-order equation and Langmuir model,respectively;this adsorption process showed a spontaneous and exothermic feature.Additionally,the modified PVDF membrane showed an excellently regenerative performance.
