摘  要:以长白山特产绿柄蕨菜为试验材料,研究不同肥料种类(复合肥、有机肥、有机复合肥)和水分处理(正常灌水、轻度干旱、中度干旱)对蕨菜株高、茎粗、叶绿素含量、基部茎高和叶柄长的影响。结果表明,有机肥和复合肥配施做基肥的条件下,蕨菜全展叶期的叶绿素含量、基部茎长和茎粗均显著高于单施有机肥或复合肥。单施有机肥处理的蕨菜基部茎长、茎粗和叶柄长显著高于单施复合肥处理。不同水分处理中,正常浇水的蕨菜形态指标最好,轻度干旱和中度干旱对蕨菜全展叶期的叶绿素含量和株高无显著差异。相关分析表明,蕨菜株高与基部茎长、茎粗及叶柄长显著正相关。Using green fiddleheads only owned by changbai mountains as experimental materials,the effect of fertilizer type(compound fertilizer,organic fertilizer,compound and organic fertilizer)and water amount(normal irrigation,light drought and moderate drought)on fiddleheads plant height,stem diameter,chlorophyll content,basal stem height and petiole length was studied.The results showed that,the fiddleheads chlorophyll content,basal stem height and stem diameter after using organic and compound fertilizer as base fertilizer were higher than only using organic fertilizer or compound fertilizer.The fiddleheads basal stem height,stem diameter and petiole length using organic fertilizer was higher than using compound fertilizer.Under different water conditions,the morphological charateristic of normal irrigation was the best.There were no significant difference of chlorophyll content and stem height between light drought and moderate drought.Related analysis showed that fiddleheads plant height was significant related to basal stem height,stem diameter and petiole length.
