分析止嗽降气汤治疗慢性咳嗽的临床应用效果

摘　　要：目的分析止嗽降气汤治疗慢性咳嗽的临床应用效果。方法随机从我院2016年2月—2018年3月门诊收治的慢性咳嗽患者中抽取80例作回顾分析,依据其治疗方式分组,其中40例接受氨溴特罗治疗(对照组),另40例接受止嗽降气汤治疗(研究组),观察比较治疗疗效、症状积分、肺功能指标等。结果研究组治疗总有效率95.00%,高于对照组62.50%,组间数据差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。比较咽痒、咳痰、咳嗽症状积分,治疗前,组间数据差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),治疗后,研究组均低于对照组,组间数据差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。比较外周血EOS计数,血清ECP和TIgE水平,治疗前,组间数据差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),治疗后,研究组均低于对照组,组间数据差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论建议临床治疗慢性咳嗽采用止嗽降气汤治疗,可更为明显的提高疗效,降低症状积分。Objective To analyze the clinical application effect of Zhisou Jiangqi Decoction in treatment of chronic cough.Methods 80 cases of outpatients with chronic cough and who treated in our hospital from February 2016 to March 2018 were randomly selected for retrospective analysis,and were grouped according to the treatment methods.40 cases were received ambroxol treatment(control group),while other 40 cases were received Zhisou Jiangqi Decoction treatment(study group).Then,the treatment of clinical effect,symptom score and pulmonary function index were observed and compared.Results The total clinical effect in the study group was 95.00%,which was higher than that in the control group of 62.50%,and the data between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of throat itch,expectoration and cough were compared,before treatment,the data between groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the data between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The serum levels of ECP and TIgE,count of peripheral blood EOS were compared,and there was no significant difference between the groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the data between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion It is suggested that Zhisou Jiangqi Decoction should be used in clinical treatment of chronic cough,which can significantly improve the clinical effect,and reduce the symptom score more clearly.
