摘 要:文章采用CSDPS数据,以"理性人理论"和"教育阶层化"为理论视角,对大学生担任学生干部的个人和家庭影响因素进行研究。研究发现,从自身来说,学业成绩越好,担任大学生干部的可能性越低,然而毕业后打算读研的大学生担任学生干部的可能性最大。从家庭来说,并未发现家庭收入对大学生担任学生干部有显著性影响,但父母的学历和职业层次显著影响着大学生担任学生干部,父母学历和职业层次越高,其子女在大学担任学生干部的可能性也越高。The article uses CSDPS data to study the factors affecting the individual and their family of college students as student cadres with the theoretical perspective of"rational man theory"and"educational stratification".The study showed that,from their own perspective,the better academic performance,the lower the possibility of being a college cadre,and the college students who intend to study further are the most likely to be student cadres.In terms of the family,ther is not result indicates that family income has a significant impact on college students as student cadres,but the parents'academic qualifications and occupational level significantly affect college students as student cadres.The higher the parental education and professional level,the higher their children are in the university as student cadres.The possibilities of their children are to be student cardres is also higher.
