摘　　要：以国际健将级女子铅球运动员为研究对象,运用三维摄像解析法、观察法、专家走访和比较分析等方法,对我国女子铅球运动员不同场次比赛准备滑步阶段的技术进行运动学分析。通过研究分析,在准备滑步阶段,刘相蓉的左髋中心点到右脚支撑点水平距离过短,臀部后移欠缺;躯干前倾角小,头、肩高度偏高。致使在滑步阶段,滑步时间长,重心水平速度慢;为滑步推铅球训练和教学提供技术参考。Taking the female shot putter certified as International Master Grade(a technical grades of Chinese athletes)as the research object,this paper carries out a kinematics analyzes on the technology adopted by female shot putters in the slide preparing phase for sliding in different games in China.3D-camera analytic method,observational method,expert interviewing and comparative analysis and so on are applied in the study.Study shows that,in the slide preparing stage,the difference between the center point of left hip of Liu Xiang-rong and the supporting point of the right foot is too short,the hip displacement is not enough,the forward inclining angle of the torso is small,and the level of her head and shoulders are relatively higher.All of which causes a longer sliding period and lower horizontal velocity in the sliding phase.The study intends to provide technical reference for the sliding training and teaching of of shot put.
