精神科护士的伦理决策能力现状及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解湖南省精神科护士伦理决策能力及影响因素,为针对性干预提供参考。方法采用中文版护理决策能力问卷对湖南省2所综合医院精神科及5所市级精神专科医院的353名护士进行横断面调查。结果伦理决策能力总分280.66±25.27,其中伦理选择得分144.03±14.78,伦理行动136.63±14.27;性别、是否接受过伦理教育培训是伦理决策能力的主要影响因素(均P<0.05)。结论湖南省精神科护士伦理决策能力处于中高等水平,其中伦理行动较弱,护理院校及临床护理管理者均应重视,加大教育力度和健全培训机制,以全面提高精神科护士伦理决策能力。Objective To understand the ethical decision-making ability among psychiatric nurses in Hunan province and its influencing factors,and to provide reference for targeted intervention.Methods Totally353psychiatric nurses from psychiatric departments of2Hunan provincial general hospitals and5municipal mental hospitals were investigated cross-sectionally using the Chin-ses version Judgements about Nursing Decisions(JAND)scale.Results The total score of ethical decision-making ability was280.66±25.27,and the score of ethical selection was144.03±14.78,ethical behavior was136.63±14.27.Gender and whether received ethical training were the main influencing factors of ethical decision-making ability(P<0.05for both).Conclusion The ethical decision-making ability of psychiatric nurses in Hunan province is at a moderate and above level,and the ethical behavior is relatively poor.Thus nursing schools and clinical nursing managers should pay attention to strengthen education and optimize trai-ning mechanism,then to improve psychiatric nurses'ethical decision-making ability comprehensively.
