摘　　要：目的调查消毒供应中心护士职业生涯成功及工作环境现状,并分析工作环境对职业生涯成功的影响。方法应用职业生涯成功量表和工作环境量表对北京市12所三级甲等医院的107名消毒供应中心护士进行调查。结果消毒供应中心护士的职业生涯成功总均分为(3.29±0.70)分,工作环境总均分为(3.20±0.49)分。回归分析显示,护士性别、起始学历、收入满意度以及工作环境中的人力和物力资源充裕度、护理管理者能力及领导方式能独立解释护士职业生涯成功总变异的43.2%。结论消毒供应中心护士职业生涯成功及工作环境处于中等水平,护士的工作环境影响职业生涯成功,护理管理者可通过改善工作环境以提高消毒供应中心护士的职业生涯成功水平。Objective To investigate the working environment and career success among nurses in the central supply and sterile department(CSSD),and analyze the impact of working environment on career success.Methods Totally107nurses from CSSD of twelve grade three hospitals in Beijing were investigated using Career Success Scale(CSS)and the Practice Environment Scale of the Nursing Work Index(PEN-NWI).Results The average score of the CSS among nurses in CSSD was(3.29±0.70),and the average score of PEN-NWI was(3.20±0.49).Regression analysis showed that,nurses'gender,initial education level,income satisfaction and adequate staffing and resources,ability and leadership style of nurse managers in the working environment were the inf-luencing factors of career success,which explained43.2%of the total variance.Conclusion The career success and working environment among nurses in CSSD are in a medium level,and their working environment influences career success,thus nurse managers could enhance the nurses'career success via improving their working environment.
