摘　　要：文章介绍了农业科研院所科研经费管理的现状,分析了农业科研经费管理存在的科研经费管理制度有待完善、科研经费管理不到位、科研经费使用绩效考核评估不合理等问题,提出了完善科研经费管理制度、加强科研经费监督检查、建立健全科研经费绩效考核制度等加强农业科研经费监管的建议。The current status of scientific research funds management in agricultural scientific research institutes was introduced in the paper.Problems existed in the agricultural research funds management were discussed,such as the imperfect system,the poor management and the unreasonable performance assessment.The corresponding solutions were put forward,i.e.,improving the financial supervision and inspection of scientific research funds,strengthening financial supervision and inspection of scientific research funds,constructing and perfecting performance appraisal system for scientific research funds.
