摘　　要：研究表明,功能糖对营养代谢疾病的预防和治疗、家禽生长性能及植物的抗逆和抗旱等均具有良好的生物学活性,并在上述领域得到了广泛应用。近年来,随着糖链制备技术的日渐完善,针对生命健康的系列功能糖产品不断被推出,功能糖开发在生命健康领域具有广阔的市场前景和发展潜力。主要介绍了国内外功能糖研究技术及产业化发展状况,重点论述了功能糖在健康领域的主要产品、研发动向及科技创新情况。Studies have shown that functional glycans have excellent biological activities in the application to prevention and treatment of nutritional metabolic disorders,growth performance of poultry,and resistance to stress and drought of plants.So far,functional glycans have been widely applied to the above-mentioned fi elds.With the increasing improvement on the preparation technology of glycans,the development of functional glycans has been growing rapidly in recent years,and a series of products related to the life health have been introduced to the commercialized markets.It is expected that the functional glycans industry will display broader market prospects and greater development potential in the fi eld of life health.This paper focuses on the current status of functional glycans,regarding major products,trends in research and development and technology innovation of functional glycans in the fi eld of life health in recent years.
