摘　　要：功能性寡糖属于糖生物工程产品,具有良好的促生长、改善动物健康的功效。功能性寡糖作为抗生素的替代物具有良好的应用前景。综述了功能性寡糖对畜禽的生理作用及其在畜禽养殖中的应用情况,以及功能性寡糖应用过程中存在的主要问题。Functional oligosaccharides,as the products of glycobiology and glycoengineering,have good effects on promoting growth and improving animal health.Functional oligosaccharides are promising alternatives to antibiotics.In this paper,the physiological eff ects of functional oligosaccharides on livestock and poultry,the application of functional oligosaccharides in livestock and poultry breeding,and the main problems in the application of functional oligosaccharides were reviewed.
