完整结肠系膜切除在结肠癌手术治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的在结肠癌手术治疗中应用完整结肠系膜切除术,观察完整结肠系膜切除术的应用效果。方法选择2016年7月—2017年7月结肠癌患者50例,行不同的治疗方式:结肠癌根治术(对照组)、完整结肠系膜切除术(研究组)。经SPSS 21.0统计学软件分析组间的并发症发生率、术中出血量、淋巴结清除个数指标差异。结果研究组结肠癌患者行完整结肠系膜切除术的并发症发生率(4.00%)、术中出血量(123.66±4.66)ml比对照组(48.00%)、(157.61±4.17)ml低,且研究组的淋巴结清除个数(20.36±2.11)个多于对照组(12.15±2.31)个,P <0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论完整结肠系膜切除术治疗结肠癌患者的应用效果显著,能降低并发症发生率和术后出血量。Objective To observe the application effect of complete mesorectal excision in the surgical treatment of colon cancer.Methods from July 2016 to July 2017,50 patients with colon cancer were treated with different treatments.Radical resection of colon cancer(control group)and complete mesorectal excision(study group).SPSS 21.0 statistical software was used to analyze the differences in the incidence of complications,the intraoperative blood and the number of lymph node clearance between the two groups.Results The incidence of complications(4.00%)and the intraoperative blood in the study group were lower than those in the control group(48.00%)and(157.61±4.17)ml.The number of lymph nodes cleared in the study group(20.36±2.11)was more than that in the control group(12.15±2.31),P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Complete mesocolon excision is effective in the treatment of colon cancer,and can reduce the incidence of complications and postoperative bleeding.
