术前新辅助化疗在中晚期卵巢癌治疗中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的分析术前新辅助化疗在中晚期卵巢癌中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析2010年3月至2015年9月于本院入院治疗的134例Ⅲ～Ⅳ期晚期卵巢癌临床资料,对照组91例接受初始肿瘤细胞减灭术,观察组43例接受术前新辅助化疗后行肿瘤减灭术。对两组患者的手术效果、术后疗效以及生存时间进行比较分析。结果两组一般资料和病理资料差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组患者手术时间、术中出血量、腹水、平均住院天数以及术后残余肿瘤直径等均小于对照组(均P<0.05);观察组的总有效率大于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总体生存时间和生存率高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论术前新辅助化疗能够提高肿瘤细胞减灭术的满意率,改善治疗效果和患者的预后,提高患者的生存率,值得在临床推广应用。Objective To explore the value of preoperative neoadjuvant chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced ovarian cancer.Methods 134 cases of advanced stageⅢ~Ⅳovarian cancer admitted to our hospital were retrospectively analyzed from March 2010 to September 2015.The control group(91 cases)received initial tumor cytoreductive surgery,while the observation group(43 cases)received neoadjuvant chemotherapy before surgery and then treated by cytoreductive tumor surgery.The operative results,postoperative curative effect and survival time were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups in the general data and the pathological data.The time of operation,intraoperative blood loss,ascites,average hospital stay and postoperative residual tumor diameter were less in the patients of observation group than those in control group(all P<0.05);The total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The overall survival time and the survival rate of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Preoperative neoadjuvant chemotherapy can improve the satisfaction rate of tumor cytoreductive surgery,the prognosis and survival rate of patients.it is worthy of clinical application.
